Greenwood Garden School is located in the northern part of the city of Rome, Italy, near the beginning of Via Cassia. It is housed in two apartments with luminous classrooms designed for the young child. There is a large, flowering garden playground and two terrace play areas for outdoor play.

The school year opens for the children the first week of September and ends in mid-June.
A summer program is available from the last week in June through the third week in July if there are enough requests.
We also can provide an after-school English as a Second Language program for elementary children.

The school hours are from 8:30 – 15:30.
A full day program is offered to all children from 8:30-15:30.
There is an optional half-day program for two year olds from 8:30-12:45.

A morning snack and catered full course lunch is included with both the full-day and half-day programs.

The school enrollment is between 40-45 children. There is one teacher for each of the four readiness classes, and a roving assistant helps where needed. Each readiness class has between 10-12 children.

You are welcome to visit the school by making an appointment.
